Original seafood cuisine with abundant seasonal ingredients

Ise-shima National Park is one of the few national parks with a sea.
Japan’s most beautiful rias coast shows a complexed and indented coastline.
The area is where the Oyashio Current from the Pacific Ocean meets the Kuroshio Current from Kumano-nada Sea; the planktons and seagrass grow well and the sea is with a wide variety of fish. Benefitting from such environment, the natural seafood nurtured in Ise-shima is cooked and served here as our original seafood cuisine, season by season.

under the territory of Ise Jingu Shrine.

Happy Morning Bread is carefully prepared by long fermentation of the local ingredients such as Shima’s mineral water, natural salt, and flour produced in Mie.

The bread is baked every morning in the bakery in “Provence,” our sister hotel.
